I've had good results with Onresponse.com, previously
named Bach Systems. Unlike some of the other networks
that are slow to pay I receive a check every month.
All ads are pay per response, but if your traffic
matches the ads the click through and resulting CPM can
be quite good. I'm seeing better than $10 CPM on the VW
beetle ads on my win-a-bug page. They've branched out
from just sweepstakes so you've got a good chance of
finding an offer that fits your traffic. Without
looking at your stats I can't say exactly which offer
