I agree with Loren, the Google AdWords program is
definitely worth looking into for anyone participating
in online advertising.

What I find most appealing about AdWords is the
flexibility with ad copy and the search requirements
necessary for an ad to be served up. Your Web based
account is accessible 24 hours a day which cuts through
account administration headaches. For as little as $50
(the minimum to open an account), anyone can get
started which is great for those on a limited budget
looking to test the effectiveness of various messages.

Our FightAIDSatHome project has only recently begun
using the AdWords program but the results surpass the
traditional click through rates of standard banner ads.
In addition, overall traffic generated through Google
has increased, likely due to heightened recall of the
ad due to its relevancy to the user's search.
