I tried the service, the links, even asked to have the
email sent to me (as "send to a friend") and was not
able to get any of the video files to work.

I opened the source code, found the link for the movie,
and played it in the browser... finally getting it to
work.

What is rich-media email supposed to do?

Have some sort of "rich media" in the email message
itself? A movie file? Flash? Or just a hyperlink that
opens a browser with some sort of content?

What kind of success have people had with rich-emails?
