Mr. Jensen has obviously been exposed to Rich Media
that has not been properly produced and executed for
modem use.

As producers of Rich Media, we don't receive much hate
mail at all. Most of the time, our mail is from other
producers of Rich Media who want to know what and how
we're doing to make our end product so accessible at
low bit rates.

Please don't "knock" that which you don't understand.
