Nelson,

Forget the banner exchanges for the following reasons:

Most banner exchanges are FREE so you cannot be more
cost effective. Of course you can always-paid Yahoo
$70,000.00 a week or more for banner advertising

See above banner exchanges are free and some of them
provide very good service like free banner design and
customized corporate screen saver and more
