Randy,
Is your audience women racers or people interested in
women racers? It seems like splitting hairs, but it's
important when you start choosing advertisers. I've
had the most success with OnResponse (read regular
paychecks and they don't cheat the stats),

and if your audience is following the careers of women
racers then the general interest banners may do quite
well. If you have mostly women racers then you would
be better off to cut a deal with an insurance company
like progressive.com or perhaps look to partner with a
travel website that will share a cut of the bookings on
discount hotel rooms for racers.
