Re: The next big thing.. Why not service for the poor neglected e-customer?!?!

If we are after the next big thing. The next
attraction. The next got to have.

Why not look to the value of the services offered? A
lot of investors money (that they got from e-customers
in the first place) is being squandered on copy cat
offerings. These offer no incremental OR radical
improvements for the e-customer who is meant to be give
up his concerns about security and service simply
because the price is a little reduced..

How about service innovation?

- Banks that look after your financial affairs and turn
even the humblest account holder into a financial
genius?

- Fashion retailers that allows you to chat online with
clothing advisors, have your orders available in store,
links from fashion stories to complete purchase sets
available in customised boxes

And so it goes on: Too little imagination, Too much
senseless tech and Too much greed and fear.
