Launching new window and exit surveys

Following the lively discussion about pop-up exit ad
windows, I am curious about exit surveys such as those
done by BizRate.

I have a client that I think would benefit from
participation in this service because they have such
high loyalty and get so many nice comments from their
customers. The problem is that they are reluctant to
add the exit survey, because they do not want to annoy
customers with the exit pop-up.

Is anyone on this list participating in the BizRate
program. Are clients aggravated by the pop-up? Is being
listed in BizRate worth it?
