Randy you asked for adv network suggestions - since your page
views are low right now, I'd suggest BurstMedia.com - they sell
ads cheap but you do get a check and they are a good company
overall.

What I've done at http://www.smallbzitechnology.com is to have
2 levels of advertising a) one served by BurstMedia and b) one
that I have my own ads. Since my page views are also low
(sub 100,000) per month right now, I sell the non-BurstMedia ads
directly and the advertiser's banner is sold on a per month
basis! It's working well. In fact, next month I'll have two
advertising slots.

One banner, Burst, 400 x 60 , and then 2 on top that I sell myself
at 200 x 60. Try it!
