Can you get free content?

Hi,

I have built up a list of about 600 registered users to
my opt-in email list. The site covers reviews and
details of audio and video products (home theater,
digital cameras, cell phones, etc.) however I am so
busy maintaining/promoting the site that I do not have
time to write a newsletter to send out! I was wondering
if there is such a thing as a list of companies that
will offer content for such a newsletter in return for
placing their ads in too? I do not want to pass the
list on to other companies however as I have promised
my subscribers that this will not happen.

Also what is the best way to send the newsletter out?
Do I just create a large BCC list and use Outlook? I'm
worried that my ISP will think I am spamming!

Any help would be appreciated.
