Our web site email list averages about 1 in a 1000
drop-offs on the day of a mailing. Days in between
mailings there are few if any unsubscribes. The new
subscribes on the day of the mailing always make up for
and usually exceed the number of unsubscribes.

It's quite easy to get off the list - there's a link on
the bottom of every mailing that says how to
unsubscribe. Frequency of mailings vary - but will soon
be weekly. The mailings go only to people who have
signed up on our businessknowhow.com site to get the
newsletter.
