404 / Doorway Ads?

I'm sorry if this has been covered, but I've lost
a block of older messages.

I've seen services that buy traffic - either 404
pages or search engine doorway pages that are
currently not being used by a targeted site.

Can anyone recommend any services that use this
kind of traffic?
