I would find another ISP. I am sending out over 3,100
a day and have never gotten a complaint. Knock wood.

I don't know how easy any of these services are to import
an existing list, but here are some possible choices. Some
are free, some are subscription models. Keep in mind they
may want to put their own ads in with your messages in the
"free" versions ...

The web hosting company I am with, Blue Genesis/Hostopia
(www.bluegenesis.com) offers a list service as part of the
hosting package. Each "list" is limited to 200 names -
but you can create as many lists as you like. If you go
with them, ask me for a tip on uploading your lists, and
make sure to say I referred you (I don't work for them,
but they are a client/supplier).
