I can tell you that from my experience running IWannaWin.com
for the past 4 years that Florida and New York definitely have
restrictions. Also alcohol sweepstakes are currently in limbo in
California. Fulfilment companies like Marden-Kane will handle
the legal and promotional aspects of running your sweepstakes.
When you get those sweepstakes up, send me an email and I'll
link to them if they're prizes IWannaWin.
