Online Meeting/Conferencing Services

I'm researching online meeting/conferencing services for my
company (a marketing communications firm, with mostly
B2B clients).

WebEx and PlaceWare seem to be the best, with WebEx
offering what looks like better overall features/benefits.

Has anyone had any experience -- good or bad -- with either
company?

Any first-hand comments would be appreciated. (Feel
free to reply to me directly, as well as post.)
