Well, that's about ten dollars CPM which is very
high at the moment.

Because of the split in your demographis, the
effective price is even higher. If I want to
advertise to students, your rate is twice as high
once you consider that the ads that are shown
to the alumni are wasted. Similarly if I want to
reach university educated adults.

It is reported in some forums that advertisers
can buy run of network ads for as little as
twenty cents CPM right now. If you estimate that
one quarter of the people who see those ads are
students and another quarter are university
educated adults, then you should be selling
your ads at four dollars a banner to compete.

I'd not suggest that you go that low but dropping
the price to say, fifteen dollars a banner might
be better than not selling any banners at seventy
five.
