I would like to respectfully disagree - just because you
deliver these ads you cant ask for a ridiculous CPM, if
clickthrough is low -- whatever the reason you dont get
money, simply because it aint worth it for the advertiser.
Obviously advertiser should look at actual conversion and
calculate what they get from it. But fundamentally you
cant ask for more than they actually make, its simply
not sustainable.

I however agree with most of your thoughts. But hey, no
one complained when there were high valuations on the
stock market (and high CPMs), lets get over it now and
find a way how to deal with all these problems instead
of saying "its not my responsibility to delivery
clickthroughs".
