I can suggest another couple of places that will accept
your site right away. I use them for referring 404 and
junk traffic.
SearchTraffic.com - these people pay 5 cents per click
on search boxes and text links. They give you some
banners and boxes and let you customize a bit. The ads
are really really lame imho but they seem to do ok for
404 andredirects. I make a couple bucks off them a day.

WayAds.com - Pay is 15 cents per click ! Wow yeah.
Hey theres got to be a catch somewhere. They actually
build a page full of links for you that you can use as
your 404 page. Check them out at

I dont think they are taking new webmasters because of
the big response, but they say to check back soon.
Definetly worth the try for that high of a payout.
I have seen negative posts about WayAds.com on several
bulletin boards. I personally used them for a while and
then was shut out because of TOO much traffic.
Imagine that. Adsearches is a good program I use them
too, but they are super sticklers on the rules so be
careful.
