Not sure what kind of advice you're after, but if you
can afford it, I strongly recommend you use a
third-party ad serving service, such as 24/7, Matchlogic,
Doubleclick's DART, etc. It's wonderful to get
centralized reporting with the same "yardstick", no
apples-to-apples comparisons across the various sites'
ad serving platforms.
