This isn't good enough. To have 50% of customers with
negative thinking is suicidal. Every annoyned person
will tell 5-10 other, so go figure amount of lost
business.

Besides what makes you think that the same proportion
of people gave positive comments as well as negative?
I am pretty sure its different, ie 5% of those who
liked this feature gave positive comment but 1% of
those who hated it actually bothered to tell you that.
So you can see that your number of negative comments
may well come from a lot larger group than you thinking.
