Of course you are right.. in a way.. However, i'm surprised
we had any positive comments at all! All i'm saying is that
it's some kind of common sense that opening new windows in
general is evil. It's not - it depends on how you do it.

Second, we are not talking about customers here. Our
customers (the ones paying the bills) are 100% positive
:-)

Ask people if they like tv commercials, direct mail,
banners whatever and you will get mostly negative responses
(when the question is posed like that). Even if most people
say they disapprove.. will it go away? Noo..
Why.. because it works.
