Lyris.com makes what I consider to be industry
leading list management products. They have a free
demo. They also offer hosting if you prefer not to buy,
install and operate the software. Ironically, the
Lyris sales team isn't too great at answering
emails but you can likely reach them via the phone.

I believe Dundee.net also provides hosting
with Lyris software. I've heard from a number
of clients they are cheaper than Lyris but
support is minimal. I've been off this grapevine
for a year or more so my info may be out of date.
