There is a company that does this, it is called Dynamic
Logic. They run surveys for online advertising in regard
to branding for 24/7 media, Kimberly Clark's Kotex,
iVillage, etc. They also did the metrics for the E-Voter
Institute's 2000 election study of online political ads.
