I don't think there is one list of all e-zines or
email newsletters that will do this, but there are
a few sites that will give you some options:

http://list-universe.com/survey/ - This one is a
survey of e-zine advertising prices

http://www.ezineadauction.com/ - this is kind of neat
- it's an auction site for e-zine owners. I tried it
once for my own e-newsletter but never got any interest.
Guess I wanted too much money ;) ... The rates most
people are starting with are pretty low, you can snap
up a fair bit of exposure here for a low price. Those
prices will likely go up as the popularity of the
service increases, surprize surprize <g>.
