We've had better success with anything BUT a 480X60
banner. for example a 120X140 ad that looks like a
part of the site, as opposed to a banner.

The highest return though has been by incorporating ads
into product reviews and content, with a link to the
advertisers site. We've seen as high as a 40% click-through
on this type of "ad." The users love not having banners all
over the place too!
