You'll find the rates here are MUCH lower than you'd
expect. Smaller publications, for all the hype, do have
a difficult time getting this inventory sold too at this
point. $200 is WAY out of line. What kind of targeting are
they selling - West-Coast, Left-Handed Immigrant Bagpipe
Technicians? (Canadian in-joke <g>)
I have a daily list with 80% women subscribers - 3,150
subscribers in total. That's not enough to even be a
blip on the radar. I'd be happy to get $10/CPM for mine!
I suspect the email thing is yet another "bursting bubble"
with some notable exceptions at this point.
