B2B banner click through rates

It seems as if click through rates for banner ads
currently range from 0 to 2% (if that). However, I
assume that the rates we typically hear is for both
B2B and B2C.

I've not found any 'net published resources to determine
general B2B click through rates, or by industry
(automotive, plastics, general manufacturing, etc.).

Does anyone have any relatively recent stats or know
of some good resources?
