Fundraising?

I'm 100% neophyte in the realm of online advertising.
My 'vision' is quite different from 99.99% of what I've
seen so far in the digest and other online resources ...
it's not surprising that for-profit revenue is the
primary driver, but my goal is not-for-profit (501(c)
(3) tax-exempt, 50%-deductible) fundraising to support
specific kinds of missionary work. Budgets are limited,
time is scarce (still doing secular work), and truly
high-quality targeted lists seem to be very difficult
to find - or terribly expensive.

Any/all suggestions, advice, tips, hints, welcome.
Feel free to correspond directly with me via e-mail below.
