Buying Ad Space for specific target

I'm new to this list. I have an website that attracts a
very specific demographic - women, especially
expectant mothers, their families, friends and also
professional birthcare providers and institutions,
such as doctors, nurses, midwives, birth centers
and hospital obstetrics personnel. The site is
http://www.waterbirthinfo.com

It is ranked very high at most of the search engines.

I'm trying to find out what companies I might work with
who could sell banner ads for my site.The site consists
of dozens of pages where banner ads are appropriate.
I must be doing something wrong in searching, because
after over an hour of searching many different word
combinations, I still can't find these companies. I
know there is one called Engage Media, and another
called Ad-Up. My common sense tells me there should
be several others.

I'm looking for companies that focus on narrowcasting,
and on selling banners on sites like ours that deliver
a very clearly defined demographic. Ours is a very
well-loved, prestigious, high content site that has won
22 web awards. The traffic is not huge, but it is
respectable, given the very targeted nature of the
content.

If anyone can tell me some specific names of companies,
and how to reach them or get to their website, I would
be very grateful. In addition to posting to the list,
