Preparing a Marketing Quotation

Hello everybody,

A client wants to promote his kitchen appliances web
site in South/Latin America. His tentative budget is
$2,000, but how much should I quote, and what are the
resources I can use to promote his site and get him
business? I know it's a very broad question, but any
starter would do.
