Thanks for the information Jeffrey. Yes it is helpful.
It's interesting to note that since my first post,
"PayPerClickAnalyst" has moved Kanoodle out of the
"Not Recommended" category and into the "Re-Testing"
category. What gives? Does anyone know?

I looked at http://www.payperclicksearchengines.com as
per your suggestion and found the following:

"WARNING: By default, Kanoodle uses incentivized click
programs. This means that some of your traffic is paid
to visit your site, which means that some of your traffic
can be less targeted. To turn off this feature make sure
the "BRAND BUILDER" option is not checked.

Warning added on 17 April, 2001

Conclusion: Recommended."

So you get incentivized traffic by default? Given
Jeffrey's figure above of 2404 visitors with 7 confirmed,
incentivized traffic sounds pretty unqualified. So how
can this be recommended?
