Thanks, Joshua. I humbly retract my statement. I had emailed
them & was told the pop-ups could not be changed. I didn't think
to confirm this--I was panicking because of the effect it was having
on my customers. Engage had *so* much potential that I am happy
to be able to correct my dis of them.
