Online Advertising Campaign Management solutions?

I'm having trouble identifying some of the best solutions
for campaign management of online advertising, and was
hoping some of the readers on this discussion list can help.

Right now I'm just trying to identify a list of companies
to consider. Some of the big players come to mind, such
as Avenue A & Doubleclick. Does anyone have any other
suggestions or feedback on these or other providers?

To clarify, I'm looking for a software solution that will
track some of the basic metrics of online advertising,
such as impressions, unique impressions, clicks, etc.
In addition, the solution needs to be able to track
view-based conversions, and have the capability to track
all the way down to actual sales figures on a per-click
basis. It would be nice if the solution could also address
tracking and performance of email campaigns.
