Uh- Rob - they do it to minimize fraud. If there are
enough complaints about your business they can pull
your license and put you out of business... I think
you want the Driver's License Bureau...

Gee Rob - in the big agencies in Manhattan where I
worked, they did NOT support negative publicity or
negative ads or subliminally negative advertising or
advertising that supported careless driving or injury to
people by their product.
If I had even hinted tire imprints on an old lady as
being advertising in any form, I would have been out
looking for a job with no good prospects for one because
I would have been classified as a "hack" around town.
You see there is a difference between good solid
advertising and what you call "advertising" (tire
imprints on old ladies). One builds a brand's image
and the other destroys it.
