How does that help. You will decrease the conversion
rate and only if the ad is per click will you help the
webmaster, and even then it will only be temporarily
since the lower conversion rate will end getting the
ad canned.

For those with CPM you risk their ad deal since you're
cheating the system and for those with CPA you just
server to skewer the statistics.
