In all likelihood AOL is the biggest culprit in caching
your content.

http://webmaster.info.aol.com/index.cfm?article=12&expand=0&sitenum=2

contains a lot of detail on how AOL's caching servers
decide what to cache. It seems likely that many of the
others will follow a similar policy.
