David,
You can certainly submit more than one page from your
site. A good method is to make sure all of your pages
link together and just submit a few of the key pages
(a site map is a good one, since all of your pages are
just one link away). Some search engines (ie Inktomi)
benefit pages "found" (via link) over pages submitted.

Just be careful not to submit too many pages at once,
as this can be considered spam and your pages may be
penalized. Just submit a few of your key pages and let
the search engine spiders find the others by following
links.

Also, for the directories (Yahoo, DMOZ, and Looksmart),
only submit one page. (After a couple weeks, submit
again if nothing has happened.)
