CPA Advertising

I am looking for for a directory or information on how
web sites sell there advertising, specifically CPA based
advertising. I am looking for the quickest way to
offer my 3 day 2 night vacation package to over 40
different locations by playing a simple trivia game.
The web sites address is http://www.guesstheview.com .
I have been to the Ad Stop and Ad Base sites which
are excellent but I am looking for something more.
There has to be a list for those advertisers who will
except CPA based advertising.
