Ilona, I love your site and I wouldn't make light of
your situation, but I think you need to step back a
little bit: Chances are this person had no intention of
mimicking your domain name to usurp your typo traffic.
If they were aware of you at all, it was probably
because you got the domain name they thought they
"thought of first". Specifically, I would guess that
their site is called "Queen Dom" (as in "Dominatrix"),
which would be a logical and non-malicious overlap.
Since you had the best name available, they took the
second best.

And please, let us remember that our dear wayward
cousins the porn marketers are just trying to make
a living off their business, like everybody else!
