Nowhere was this concept of content value more widely
reinforced than on PBS's Frontline program last week.

In a program documenting the practices of firms
interested in marketing to teens, they mentioned a
company which monitors what is "cool" to teeners.

This information is posted on a web site accessible
by subscription only at the rate of $20,000 per year.
Apparently they have a lot of subscribers.

So much for the notion that people will not pay to
view web sites.
