Most likely you're confused -- LinkShare recently sent
out a notice that Express.com, one of their affiliate
partners, filed for Chapter 11; this shouldn't be
confused with LinkShare themselves filing. Mostly
this note is so that affiliates would pull any
Express.com links -- it's doubtful affiliates would
get paid over other debtors.
