I have taken a look at your site, and I don't think it
is necessary to make any changes to your site. It has
a nice clean design, and I think you will make a good
chance to get listed in the Yahoo! business section.
Please note that paying the fee only speeds up the
progress, it doesn't change anything to your chances
of being indexed.
However, to answer your 2nd question, yes, every link
in the Yahoo index is reviewed by hand. That is why
the quality of the index is so high, they reject a
LOT of links (sometimes I wonder if my website even
is checked, because none of my sites are listed yet),
and only the best get indexed.
