Yes, I have had MAJOR success using pop LEAVE windows.
As a matter of fact, there is a group of us (about 100
now) that share a window that contains a subscription
form to our newsletters.

The result is about 3,000 + subscribers a day. This
cost none of us any $ or time. It is truly amazing.
