Future of online marketing? Your thoughts...

Hello All!

This is my first time posting so I want to start by
thanking you all for your input in advance. I work for a
company that is attempting to build a national network of
linked tier 2 and tier 3 ISP. We provide the ISP with an
interactive website that allows their users to interact
on a community level once a member. The goal of our
efforts is to be able to serve-up ads based on location
and demographics where ever we a presence. We have
developed a tool that allows us to serve up those ads
based on membership data we collect. Was wondering if
you all could provide me with your input about this
scenario from a marketing prospective in terms of
viability as well as potential pitfalls? The link below
