Then again, probably 99% of the web pages out there are
personal pages and other junk that have no value. After
all, Earthlink and AOL give each member 6 to 10
megabytes of free space to put up their personal crap
that nobody cares about, let alone cares to pay for.

Of the remaining pages that contain valid, usable data,
I suspect that the actual percentage of people both
paying and willing to pay is much larger, mainly because
that remaining percentage is business-to-business usage.
And people who pay for business information don't view
it as pay, they view it as investment in resources.

As far as a plan goes, I come forward with these kinds
of plans for clients all the time. That's what I do.
