Out of Time Zone web building and creative grafix

I am CEO of a medium sized creative group (16
designers) in Wellington New Zealand. Web build, hosting
and Java scripting are base product line couple with
full graphic design capacity for larger corporate clients
in New Zealand. We are wishing to open relations with
US and UK markets to offer :

1. 'Out of Time Zone' services coupled to 24 hour
delivery time frames.
2. Charge rates of $US 40.00 or UK35.00 pounds per hour
considering the exchange differentials to the Kiwi dollar.

I would appreciate comments on our prospective charge
rates and delivery capacity. We perceive that both
are benefits.

What does the market say?
