Easyeverything (http://www.easyeverything.co.uk) has
a good model you should check out: they sell ads on the
toolbar that shows surfers how much time they have
spent online, in the "radio stations" they pipe in to
the cafes, in the form of posters that hang on the
walls of the cafe. The last two are not exactly online
advertising, but they demonstrate how easyeverything
manages to monetize their customers and provide fully
integrated advertising opportunities.

At least, I know they were doing this last year. They
may have changed some of their offerings, but the concept
remains the same. The media kit on their site has more
