how to set advertising rates for a start-up

Within the next couple of weeks a new project of mine
about Customer Relationship Management will be launched
in the Netherlands.

I've already heard that a few well-known companies in
the Netherlands have come up with the same concpet
and are launching their website within the next month.
I'm pretty sure I can be a pain in the ass to them
when my site goes "live", but I still have a few
doubts about the advertising rates.

I'm planning to attract advertisers for this new
concept, but since I don't have a track record to
refer to I'm having trouble setting the right
advertising rates. If you have any suggestions please
feel free to share them with me. Your expertise is
appreciated.
