Pop up and pop under adverts

I am considering adding pop up and pop under adverts to
my web site. Although I personally find these very
irritating when I visit other sites, they seem to be
becoming more and more popular as a way of generating
a small extra income.

I have heard that some search engines will not list
sites with this form of advertising on them. Is this
true and if so, how can this problem be got around?

I also have recently introduced a new service on my
web site, offering anyone a simple code to allow them
to have daily horoscopes on their sites free of charge.
Has anyone got good suggestions about how best to
market this free service?
