I have been looking at this too.

Submitting 5 urls to Yahoo for $59 / year is almost too
good to be true.

However, I think something special must be going on
between Microsoft (bcentral) and Yahoo, since the urls
submitted through BCentral are automatically approved
at Yahoo. I think this contain a LOT of terms and
conditions and such, and personally, I think in 9 of
the 10 cases, your site doesn't qualify for automated
approving. Especially for 5 urls, that is
$11.80 / year / url... Seems to be too little value...
